I am an M&A investment banker with Chicago-based Jordan Knauff & Company. I advise business owners in the sale of their companies or in the acquisition of other companies. My focus is selling middle market companies (approximately $10 million to $300 million in annual revenues) or helping larger companies make acquisitions of middle market companies. I’ve represented buyers and sellers in industries including business services, data marketing, distribution, food and drink equipment, marketing services, guarding, cleaning, staffing, and telecommunications.
I focus on marketing and business development. I also advise and consult team members as they prepare materials and execute mandates, and I am available as needed to participate in meetings and transaction negotiations.
I have written four business books, I am a Vistage speaker, and a presenter of M&A related material. I have presented throughout the U.S., as well as in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Dubai, UAE.
I have over 30 years experience, often as a manager, executive, owner, or part owner, in industries ranging from retail to venture capital to consulting to online marketing to waste water processing. I have advised clients in industries that include water works manufacturing, medical products, automotive parts distribution, packaging, drink dispensing equipment, specialty finance, security, apparel distribution, and more.
